How to Enable Guest Access

To enable Guest views on your data, Start by Choose the desired view.

Available views for Guest Access Are:

  • Tables (Grid)

  • Gallery

  • Kanban

  • Forms

Also, the Guest view is only available fo enterprise subscribers

To Enable Guest views:

1. At the top of the view, next to the Search Bar, click on the Share Icon.

2.Click on Publish Tab

3. Click on Publish

Now, the view is published online to and can be accessed to anyone that has the link.

4. to enable Guest views, Click on Authenticate Users

5. Choose Email

6. Congratulations! Now you've Enables Guest Users.

you can customize Guest Users by

  1. Allow Specific Emails: You can limit your view to specific emails or domains. Just turn on this feature and enter one or more emails in the box above to include them.

  2. Show only relevant rows: This feature allows you to share views where users see and can edit only the rows relevant to them, based on a selected column

  3. Allow to edit records This Option allows you to determine wheather the guest user can edit, the options are:

    • Always

    • Not allowed

    • Editable If condition is met

  4. Records per user: This features allows you to restrict the number of rows created by users:

    1. unlimited records

    2. Limit records to a certain given number

      1. you can also, refresh records count once per:

      2. Never Refresh

      3. Week

      4. Month

      5. Quarter

      6. Year
