The platform features a comprehensive Notification Center that centralizes all platform alerts in one place. It includes activity logs such as users joining or leaving workspaces, and tabs like “Assigned to Me” and “Mentions” for quick access to personal tasks and discussions. Users can mark notifications as read individually or in bulk, delete all, and manage notification preferences through the Notification Management Center. Notifications are also sent via email, keeping users informed even when offline.


Roles & Permissions

The platform offers a powerful team and permission management system, enabling admins to define teams and assign roles across different levels of the workspace hierarchy — including workspace, application, table, view, and dashboard. Permissions are enforced at every layer to ensure secure and precise access control.

  • Admin: Has full control over workspaces and applications, including the ability to invite others and manage all settings — effectively the highest permission level.

  • Builder: Can configure and manage applications, create tables, and edit field types — handling structural and content-related tasks.

  • Editor: Can fully edit data but not configure the app’s structure. Editors handle day-to-day content updates and record management.

  • Commenter: Limited to viewing and commenting on data, supporting collaboration without the risk of altering content.

  • Viewer: Can only view data — ideal for stakeholders who need visibility but not edit rights.

  • No Access: This role ensures the user cannot access any part of the workspace or application.
